REGISTRATION
Early-bird registration extended to June 1. One day registration available for US$450.
For your convenience, there are several registration options:

Registration Fee: The registration fee includes admission to the Conference, a copy of the proceedings and the cocktail party on Thursday afternoon. Due to fire department regulations, space at the Conference is necessarily limited. So please register early.

Early-bird registration (prior to June 1): US$895.00
Registration (after June 1): US$995.00
Active members of one of the Supporting Organizations are entitled to an additional $100 discount from the above rates.
One day registration: US$450.00
Special code registration (two-day conference): US$450.00

Cancellations: All requests for cancellations of registrations must be in writing. Those cancellations received by May 10, 2005 will receive a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee. Those cancellations received between May 11, 2005 and June 1, 2005 will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations received after June 1, 2005 will receive no refund. However, substitutions may be made at any time.

For California Practitioners: This event offers 10 hours of CLE credit. Southwestern University School of Law is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider.

Both hotels are offering the same favorable rates for the Conference:

$129 per night, single or double occupancy.
$10 for each additional occupant.

These rates are net, non-commissionable and do not include taxes. Just mention the “Southwestern IT Law Conference” when making your reservation. Reservations should be made directly with the hotels and must be accompanied by the first night’s deposit by check or credit card. Any cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

These rates are available Wednesday - Friday, June 8-10, 2005.
For the Radisson, the block of rooms at this rate will be held until May 15.
