ERP Failure #9: Actual Case – Integrator Asks $100mm – Unreasonable Contract Termination

Many failed ERP Software Implementations follow a predictable pattern (e.g., wrongly staffed, with abandoned software development methodology (SDM), bad data conversion, poorly tested, inadequate training, etc.) of promises made, commitments broken, and unfinished systems that fails to meet intended, contracted for goals and requirements, or that otherwise cannot be implemented.

This example of a real case shows how Mr. Reid approached his work and reached his opinion as an expert witness from the customer side of a mission critical, fault tolerant failed ERP implementation.
